I wish they had a inside waiting area for customers to sit, and wait for the bus - but they don't. The seats, and timetables are built outside. I go to school out here, and it's dreadful waiting for a bus in the cold. In addition, the Norwalk Transit isn't near the train stations or walking distance from the community college; which is a painful commute in the morning. I hope Norwalk Transit thinks about making a shuttle bus between the community college and train station, etc. New Haven has that! thanks
